What is UX+ Conference 2025?
UX+ Conference 2025 is a 1-day, in-person conference for aspiring and seasoned UX professionals. It will be held on September 14, 2025, at SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, Philippines.
I can't pay via Credit Card. Can I pay using GCash or Unionbank?
Yes. Payments are accepted via GCash, PHP Visa, PHP Mastercard, BPI, Unionbank, and more.
Do you have bulk discounts?
Yes. Use the promo code BULK when buying 10 or more tickets for a 10% discount.
Note: The code cannot be applied retroactively.
Do you have a PWD or Senior discount?
Yes. Send your PWD or Senior ID to [email protected] for verification and a discount code.
Do you issue official receipts?
Yes. Receipts are issued on event day at the registration counter or in advance by emailing [email protected].
Do you accept check payments?
Yes. Contact [email protected] for check payment instructions.
Can I request an invoice?

Is this a physical or virtual event?
It's a physical, in-person event. No live-streaming will be available for 2025.

Yes! Anyone passionate about UX or design is welcome.

How can I get my ticket?
A QR Code will be sent via email after purchase. Bring a digital or printed copy on event day.
For group purchases, distribute QR codes to each member.
Does the QR code serve as my ticket to the event?
Yes. It's your official ticket.
Note: Store it securely. UX+ will not address issues from shared QR codes.

Will you provide a certificate of attendance?
Yes! After the event, use your ticket number on a link (to be emailed) to generate your E-certificate.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes. Bring the ticket email or printout, an authorization letter, and a copy of the original buyer's ID.
Is my ticket refundable?
No refunds. But tickets can be transferred to someone else with proper documentation.
Is the conference going to be in English?
Yes. All talks, panels, and Q&A will be in English.
Can I still purchase tickets on the same day of the event?
Yes, but availability is limited and not guaranteed.
What do I need to bring on the event day?
Your QR Code (printed or digital), ID, and other essentials.
